This Polynesian/Chinese restaurant dates from the early 1980s. The decor is not heavily Polynesian, but there is a large tiki mask at the front entrance, and drinks are served in tiki mugs. There is a flaming Pu-Pu Platter on the menu.
Drove by here a thousand times before I ever decided to eat here. I convinced myself that if the experience inside was even half as good as the exterior suggested I would be satisfied.
Verdict: It's a adequate-but-just-barely suburban Chinese restaurant. Bland interior. Sauces heavy on food coloring and corn starch. It's a restaurant made for takeout, not eating in.

I asked if they had a mug for sale. They suggested that maybe I could get one in New York City!
