Lived about 7 miles from there when I was growing up in the 1960's, and was taken there a few times on family night occasions. I always wanted one of the "Flaming Zombie" cocktails I witnessed being served to other patrons, but, alas, only able to drink Non alcoholic juice.
My fondest memory of True Golden Age, Authentic Tiki.
Good memories for me here. One of Kelbos Tapa lamps hangs in the Tonga Hut a gift to Jeremy Fleener by a Kelbos family member. You may notice it hanging above the large back booth. Just another slice of history.
