Kanaloa is a UK-based chain of tiki bars, this Portsmouth location opened in February 2013. It is part of the Tiger Tiger nightclub complex, and is more of a nightclub than a tiki lounge. The space was designed by CheekyTiki. The walls are lined with tapa cloth and bac-bac matting, and there are several faux palm trees. There are thatched roof "huts" for seating larger groups. The drink menu has several large drinks for sharing.
There is a cover charge some evenings. It is all ages until 9pm, after that it is 18 and over only.
