Tiki bar in Valencia's Juan Llorens neighborhood, serving cocktails in Spanish Porcelanas Pavon mugs. The bar has dimly-lit private rooms, and a live parrot.
One of the best I’ve been to including in San Francisco. The bartender was very friendly and patient with us speaking terrible Espanol. The decor was creative and interesting. Lots of enclosed decorated booths. Ceiling has fake stars like Zombie Village. Drinks are priced by size. They don’t have strong drinks . They also serve ice cream which We didn’t partake in. When reading the reviews here I find them to be far too critical . I like to read reviews from several different sites to get a balance.
The place is classic spanish crappy tiki-thematic bar.
It has good tiki decor as all those similar places in Spain.
Drinks are not tiki, same liquid crap in same porcelan spanish mugs as other similar places in Spain. All types of their porcelan mugs are displayed for sale. Popcorn is served together with drinks.
Disrespectfully they are using name of "Mai-Tai" for one of their worthless liquid.
Barman seems to be friendly, little bit of English too.
Music is not tiki.
They have live parrot there, usually caged, sometimes freely sitting on the shoulder of barman. Aquarium with water and fish.
Not much worth to visit, but if you do, order Coco-Loco or Coco-Mae, coconut drink which is popular for locals.
This Tiki bar is in an odd corner of Valencia. They have a lot of non alcoholic drinks and the place seems to have become popular with local high schoolers. As in other Spanish Tiki bars, they have an excellent drink selection, all sorts of wild Tiki mugs and the drinks are swell. The decor is Tiki, though not over the top. The one glaring anti-Tiki aspect is the hip-hop and R & B played way too loud. Still, it's worth checking out if you find yourself in Valenica, though there are few reasons to visit this city.
