Love to enjoy - a good experience is really only appreciated, once you have encountered the bad....looking at life through those experiences makes one realize how lucky I am that choices are there to be made with no preconceived thoughts. No TIKI maverick - but love the feeling, taste, fun and difference all have as a group and enjoy the pleasures of being able to learn more about an ancient way of life - that is not written in a book or a made exactly as the receipe calls.

PS - I like when no set receipe is used, because if I wanted a Mai Tai made exactly the same way each and everytime, I would just stay home and make it my way. NOW THATS BORING.

Thanks to the TIKI world and culture for a little fun and not the usual boring dining experience in most American establishments.
