Wakulla Suites began as the Wakulla Apartments, until they were sold to the Mishler family in 1972 and converted to a motel. The name is Native American, but the decor is Polynesian, including an 8' tiki shower by the pool. Tikis can also be found at the reception desk, and there is a tropical garden.
