Aku Aku offered "Poolside Dining" at the Cadillac Sands Resort. Tiki designs on the menu appear to have been lifted from a menu from the Tahitian Lanai in Waikiki—it's unlikely there's any connection beyond an inspiration.
Aku Aku is gone, but the Cadillac Sands remains. This space has retained at least some of its theming in its current incarnation as the Clipper Room and Porthole Lounge.

I have not been able to get to the Sands to document what remains as of yet. I hope to make the trip soon and will post what I find.
