The Outrigger Inn Motor Hotel had A-frame structures with many tikis, surrounding a courtyard with a pool. There was some lush landscaping, including a waterfall. The hotel housed Mr. C restaurant, which served "Polynesian, Cantonese and American cuisine."
The property has been extensively remodeled, and is now the GuestHouse International Hotel.
