Was in Dubai for three days in the beginning of the summer, went to a tiki bar each night. This one was the most dissapointing, but seemed the most "local" also. It's in an office tower attached to the Crowne Plaza around the corner up a drive (all bars in Dubai must be in hotels.) All three had different Cuban bands playing (run = Carribean I guess, but I was in tiki bars in the Middle East, so what am I going to say?)
