I used to live here and there is nothing tiki about this place beside the tiki in the name

Exactlly what the tiki pinstriper said. The build might have a little tiki influence in it, but thats it.

I also agree. I stopped by one time and took a look through the lobby area, and.... nothing. Bupkis. Not one thing tiki. I imagine this place once had a tiki theme inside, but certainly not anymore.
Tiki Kiki has visited Kon Tiki Inn.
