Mark Thomas Outrigger

The Outrigger was located in the old location of the Monterey Canning Company, at 700 Cannery Row. I'm a bit confused about exactly when the Outrigger started and ended. There is a menu dated 1962, and the Canning Company building burned down in the 70s. The restaurant's space is now taken by the Fish Hopper, which opened in the mid-90s. However, by popular demand, the Fish Hopper still serves tropical drinks; I suspect that the Outrigger survived the fire, perhaps by rebuilding. I'm also not clear on exactly when the Outrigger began being called Mark Thomas Outrigger, but both entities were at the same 700 Cannery Row address.
