Oceanic Arts has been a major contributor to tiki culture since 1956, when it was opened by LeRoy Schmaltz and Bob Van Oosting, who still run the store today. Bob and LeRoy have provided carvings, decorations, signage, light fixtures, and all the outfitting needed for a tiki location to nearly all of the major spots, including Disney. Oceanic Arts is open to the public, and serves as a Home Depot of sorts for the tikiphile.

Oceanic Arts is the Tiki Aficionado haven. These guys have been providing amazing Tiki decor for the past 50 years + ?

I tend to go here at LEAST once a month and they ALWAYS have the most amazing pieces for sale.

a MUST visit spot for any Tiki-phile.

I had a chance to swing by for the first time and meet with these very kind and great folks. I hope to be swinging by more often as I found many small items I want to get my hands on. The people there treated me as if I had been a customer since they opened. I cannot wait to go back.

I was by again this week to visit the folks at OA, and once again they treated me like I was an old friend even though I was just picking up a few books and accessories.

If you need anything Tiki, I cannot recomend OA enough. They are friendly and extremely helpfull.

Thank you for my puffer fish lamp, Japanese fishing net floats and Trader VIc tumblers. The entire staff was a joy. The owner was especially friendly and even took the time to share his photo album of his personal trips to Polynesia through the decades. Bring a fat wallet, because you'll want to spend.

This place is awesome!!! First time I went here I was overwhelmed with tiki. Its very hard not to buy something when your here and into tiki. You are also walking into tiki history here. They have been supplying tiki decor for many years. Very cool place.

Swung by to pick up s a few mugs and a book last week. Wound up chatting to Bob and was almost late picking up my daughter from school. The folks here are the nicest people in tiki.
